Pedro Arcia | New Home Counselor | Dreamfinders Homes

With more than 30 years of experience and expertise accrued in sales management and real estate, Pedro Arcia has excelled as a New Home Counselor at Dream Finders Home since 2021. In this role, he teaches people the process of building a “dream home” by marketing projects and reaching out to realtors in his network and database. He has predominantly dedicated himself to marketing and selling upscale homes within the Palms at Windermere subdivision of Florida. A results-oriented leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills, he finds resounding success in identifying marketing opportunities, cultivating relationships with stakeholders, and integrating diverse groups of people to work as a cohesive team to attain a common goal.

Attributing his success to his Cuban-born father, who instilled in him a strong work ethic, Mr. Arcia earned an associate degree in business administration and management from the University of Central Florida in 1989 before becoming a licensed real estate agent in 1996. He launched his accomplished career that same year as a senior sales manager at Orange Lake Country Club, where he remained for eight years. He subsequently served as the director of sales at Hilton Grand Vacations from 2004 to 2007, a senior sales manager at Bluegreen Resorts from 2007 to 2011, and head of sales at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. from 2011 to 2014. Prior to excelling in his current position, he was active as the sales manager of Holiday Inn Club Vacations from 2015 to 2017 and sales executive at Mattamy Homes from 2017 to 2021.

Recognized as a Top Sales Representative and a Top Team Leader, Mr. Arcia has leveraged his dynamic background and experience to establish strong and profitable relationships, implement practical sales solutions under time-critical conditions, and thrive as an executive leader in new home sales. Upon reflection of his career, he considers the highlight to be helping clients buy their first or dream homes—all of whom remember him forever. Outside of his primary endeavors, he has devoted himself to community service through involvement with his local church and assisting the homeless population. He is also a dedicated member of the Department of Business Regulations and the Greater Orlando Builders Association.

Looking toward the future, Mr. Arcia aspires to retire in the next five years, after which he wants to remain active with his real estate license by working from home and opening his own brokerage.
